Job summary
Are you an organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing high-level administrative support? We're looking for a dedicated Personal Assistant to join our Site Leadership Team, providing a comprehensive, efficient and professional service that helps our leaders deliver exceptional operational and managerial performance.
In this pivotal role, you'll take ownership of a range of responsibilities, including managing busy diaries and inboxes, arranging meetings, taking minutes, maintaining action trackers, and coordinating key reports, presentations and correspondence. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the leadership office and enabling effective communication across the site.
You'll need exceptional organisational and time management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment. Discretion, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills are essential, as you'll be working closely with senior colleagues across the organisation.
Flexibility is key -- you'll work within the hours of 08:00 to 17:30 as part of a team rota, ensuring consistent cover for the Corporate Office.

Main duties of the job
Provide a full Personal Assistant service to the Leadership Team to ensure that the right focus is placed on priorities, planning and organising complex activities including inbox management, diary management, minute taking and maintenance of action trackers.
Appropriately manage all correspondence replying to letters, requests and memorandums as required.
Appropriately manage telephone calls in an effective and efficient manner, screening and diverting calls as necessary.
Receive visitors on behalf of the Leadership Team, demonstrating professionalism and exhibiting the core values of the group at all times.
Undertake general administrative duties in support of the Leadership Team as required.
