Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager Capital Delivery to join our team based at our Southend Hospital. This role is set to support the delivery of the capital construction programme.
The post holder will help deliver a comprehensive plan for the development of business cases and the implementation of the extensive capital programme across Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job
The appointed candidate will manage capital construction projects in a diverse capital programme as part of a multi-year portfolio of projects, with a value of c. £200m to £300m over the next five years. Projects range from minor works and backlog investment projects to major schemes of potentially £10m to £50m.
You will be part of a highly-skilled and motivated project delivery team (approx. 20 WTE and external project delivery specialists) across the MSB Hospitals group.
