Job summary
Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation trust have an exciting opportunity within the HR Business Partnering Service as Human Resources for a Associate Business Partner based at our Broomfield site.
The role is to support the HR Business Partnering Service to provide comprehensive Human Resource (HR) support. The role includes resourcing, organisational change, employee relations (ER) and terms and conditions of employment. The role will support the forward planning, modernisation and performance of the workforce.
Main duties of the job
Supporting the Business Partners to assist the Site and the Workforce Division in achieving workforce key performance indicators (KPI's). The role includes involvement in the design and delivery of training and development interventions in conjunction with other workforce colleagues to help increase management capability within the Division and supporting strategies to improve target achievement where needed.
