TheSpecialist Cancer Centre for Urology in Essex has recently received £2 million in investment to enhance and expand its services. As part of this exciting development, we are growing our Urology Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP) Team.
We are now seeking a Lead Surgical Care Practitioner (SCP) to join our Urology team at Southend Hospital. This is a fixed-term role, ideal for an experienced, fully trained SCP ready to take on a leadership position within a forward-thinking, high-performing environment.
Main duties of the job
As Lead Surgical Care Practitioner, you will be an integral member of the Urology team, supporting the directorate in delivering key performance targets, with a strong focus on the quality and patient experience agenda.
You will:
