Here is an exciting opportunity for your to join out Pharmacy team as a Lead Pharmacist for Paediatric Oncology Antimicrobials, Critical and Palliative Care, suitable for band 7 to 8a progression.
You will provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to paediatric oncology (and support the adult oncology service), demonstrating a high level of clinical effectiveness.
You will lead and develop a high-quality pharmacy service to patients.

Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services and advice to paediatric oncology (and adult oncology), demonstrating a high level of clinical effectiveness. Take part in the provision of general clinical, dispensary and pharmacy weekend / on call services.
