Are you passionate about digital transformation and improving patient care? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Pathway Co-Ordinator to support the implementation and delivery of Virtual Lucy, an innovative digital triage platform in Dermatology.
This is a 7-month fixed-term opportunity to play a key role in transforming how we manage outpatient demand, helping to streamline pathways and reduce waiting times for patients. You'll work closely with operational, administrative, and clinical teams to ensure Virtual Lucy is deployed effectively and delivers measurable benefits.

Main duties of the job
- Support the implementation and coordination of the Virtual Lucy digital triage platform across Dermatology services.
- Monitor patient referral and triage processes to ensure timely onboarding to the Virtual Lucy system.
- Produce and maintain tracking spreadsheets and performance reports, escalating concerns where necessary.
- Liaise with HBSUK (the Virtual Lucy delivery partner) and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective roll-out.
- Assist in coordinating communication with patients regarding the digital triage pathway and follow-up.
- Support audit, reporting, and feedback processes to help evaluate the impact of Virtual Lucy on RTT performance and patient flow.
