Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our trust we are looking for a highly motivated , caring and compassionate Trust Grade FY2 to join our Cardiothoracic Team.
The post holder will have day-to-day responsibility for patients on the ward and will take part in consultant ward rounds.You must be able to work flexibly with colleagues including Clinical Fellows and Consultants to achieve the hospital's agreed planned activity for in-patient and out-patient services.
May close early due to number of applications
Main duties of the job
Within the role you will need:
Strong communication.
Providing information to other departments & trusts as required.
Maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.
Ensure patient information is maintained and updated on the appropriate patient information system.
Liaising as appropriate with nurses, ward staff and consultants.
Liaising with teams outside of the speciality.

- Previous experience at Foundation level or equivalent level

- MBBS or equivalent from a recognised Medical School.
- Full Registration with the General Medical Council - FY1 must not be subject to being in a recognised training programme.
