Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Team Stores Administration Assistant
You will support the Administration Team and Technicians to deliver the following services: Medical Equipment Library, Helpdesk, stock control, ordering and receipting of goods/equipment, internal audit, management of contracts and financial compliance.
With an excellent knowledge of MS Office products, have an ability to organise and prioritise effectively, to be able to write concise reports, letters, formal minutes, and documents.
Along with strong interpersonal and influencing skills provide a professional approach to with internal and external stakeholders in the organisation , providing assistance to visiting staff and contractors and work as part of an effective team .

Main duties of the job
- Provide frontline advice for stores.
- Control of spare parts stock replenishment including regular stock takes.
- Stock replenishment - ordering via Procurement of e-financials maintaining stock availability levels.
- Liaising with equipment suppliers, contractors, and Procurementreceiving parcels and putting away.
- Providing assistance to MEMS Technicians.
- Ordering & receiving of stock, including placing orders for equipment repairs and return of equipment to suppliers.
- Some Light lifting and handling is required as part of this role
