You will join our expert team in the regional Burns Intensive Care working within the Burns MDT, having a close interactive relationship with General Critical Care.
Coordinating out of hours staffing and support across the other areas of the Burns Service.
Main duties of the job
Duties will include shift lead, expert clinical care of critically ill patients, team leadership and contribution to the Senior leadership Team
You will be expected to manage rosters, conduct audit and carry out Risk Assessment and investigations when needed. Appraisals of your team and the organisation of your team's yearly team days with their mandatory training will be an intrinsic part of your role. You can expect to receive mentorship and peer support to achieve the high demands of your new role.
