An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual to join our wonderful Cancer Team.

You will provide an effective, administrative service, supporting the Cancer Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) team across Southend Hospital.
You will be mainly based at Southend and will be required to communicate effectively across the sites via remote access. To provide support for the multi-disciplinary team members; to liaise with departments across the Trust, general practitioners, patients, relatives and visitors.

Main duties of the job
To provide support for the multi-disciplinary team members; to liaise with departments across the Trust, general practitioners, patients, relatives and visitors.
All administrative staff work as part of a team supporting the nursing and management teams in the directorate. During annual leave and sickness of other members of the team, it will be necessary for the work to be re-distributed to ensure that the service continues to operate safely and efficiently.
It may be necessary for you to carry out the duties of other staff within the wider team
