Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to lead MSK services across Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust.
You will be representing therapy services during the transformation of services to meet the specification required for the Community MSK Service Contract. You will harmonise service delivery across 3 hospital sites and work collaboratively with community partners to ensure an accessible and equitable MSK service is provided to the MSE population.
In addition you will lead and support the first contact practitioners working in GP surgeries, providing operational leadership. You will need to be able to demonstrate substantial clinical experience at a senior level, with strong leadership skills and a clear commitment to service evaluation, improvement, and development.

This secondment will offer you an exciting opportunity to represent therapy services in the planning, harmonisation, and delivery of MSK services, in alignment with the community MSK service specification.
