Job summary

We are looking for a MSE Estates Store person to join our team.

You will be a critical support function for managing all stock associated with the Maintenance department in order provide a technical support service to the Trust across 3 sites, Southend, Basildon and Broomfield Hospitals.

Main duties of the job

If successful, you will undertake all aspects of the Estates Stores function to include but not limited too:

Stock Management, including replenishment routines, purchase order generation, receiving and unloading goods, checking and putting away products and handling returns.
Stock control utilizing digital facilities management system
Maintain MSE Stores goods in a clean, safe and secure condition before issue to Estates staff.
Purchasing.
NHS Frameworks.
Asset Library.
Ordering and receipting of goods/equipment.
Auditing of stock and financial compliance.
Input or record issues from customer store to wards and departments into stock control digital facilities management system.
