Job summary
Our Capital Delivery team has a wonderful opportunity for you to join us as a Project Management Assistant to ensure delivery of a comprehensive and effective administration service.
You will be part a highly-skilled and motivated project delivery team (approx. 20 WTE and external project delivery specialists) across the MSE Hospitals group, and will work as part of an integrated system of project management to ensure robust coordination of the delivery of projects, with seamless integration of new projects within the operations of existing services across the MSE Group.
Main duties of the job
Assist in the development of project plans and develop an understanding of the elements of project planning and implementation.
You will assist with programme management controls and help provide assurance to the team by providing tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support and knowledge management/learning from experience.
To provide support to the team by tracking and monitoring so the programme is delivered on time and within budget.
Assist with Programme Management reporting and intelligence.
To undertake duties as directed by the Senior Project Manager or Project Manager to support the delivery and implementation of distinct projects.
