We are currently have an exciting new opportunity at Basildon Hospital to work in our newly refurbished Restaurant as a Catering supervisor.

Main duties of the job

If successful you will work in our busy but friendly catering department.

Your duties will include:

Basic food preparation, including packing, labelling, displaying and chilling of sandwiches and other food products.

Serving meals within the agreed standards for portion control and presentation.

Supervising a small team, including rosters, annual leave and sickness management

Improve our patients, visitors and staff experience through good food and friendly attitude
