Job summary
We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our Anaesthetic Pre-assessment Team in the role of Junior Sister / Charge Nurse.
We are part of the St Andrew's Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery, providing anaesthetic pre-assessments to a variety of patients awaiting elective Plastic surgery.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in the specialty and enthusiasm for developing their personal professional skills in this area, as well as improving the wider service.
Main duties of the job
- Deliver excellent pre-operative care to a variety of Plastic Surgery patients.
- Promote the Trust values and behaviours.
- Manage the department and junior team effectively.
- Contribute to wider service improvement strategies within the department.
