Job summary

Are you outgoing, friendly and organised? A rare opportunity has arisen for a clerical assistant/receptionist to join our busy but friendly Women's Clinic.

If successful, you will facilitatethe smooth running of the Gynaecology and ante-natal clinics, providing clerical and administrative support.

You will work with a variety of staff within the clinic, you will also be the first point of contact for our patients - so if you are a people person , this role is perfect for you!

Being proficient with Medway and CED is essential and knowledge of the maternity Careflow system desirable.

Main duties of the job

The job will involve some reception work which is patient facing but will also involve general clerical duties primarily for Antenatal clinics

You will undertake the full range of clerical and administrative duties which include dealing with the public, Women's Clinic staff, Consultants and members of the multidisciplinary team.

This role may require some cross Directorate working.
