Job summary
We are looking for a Nurse with significant experience in oncology and/or gynaecology to provide comprehensive nursing support to Gynaecological patients in line with the broad aims of the NHS Cancer Plan.
Working in collaboration with members of our friendly multi-disciplinary team, you will help drive the development of an effective, streamlined and efficient service for our patients.

Main duties of the job
If successful, you will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care through a variety of means, including:
o Running nurse led clinicso Working in close liaison with multi-disciplinary teams in hospital and the community; acting as a key worker and/or resource, to assess, plan implement and evaluate care for patients throughout their journey.o Carrying a caseload and organise own workload including pre-diagnosis, pre-admission assessment and ensuring coordination of the planning and preparation for follow up management.
