Job summary

Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust have just released an exciting role within Digital Services (IT) requiring a dedicated, self-motivated and capable individual to deploy new technologies across MSEFT which will be based on Cisco and Palo Alto technologies, ensuring they are secure and reliable.

Once deployed all technologies will be documented to provide efficient handover to the network operations team to support long term. All new technologies must be secure by design and compliant with Trust SOPs, IG and security policies.

Main duties of the job

You will work along side the site leads, senior network engineers, the network architect and third parties to specify, design, develop, implement and handover complex technical solutions across the organisation. Requirement to manage 3rd party suppliers, short term contractors and Trust staff as well as project manage the implementation, testing, acceptance, roll-out of these solutions across the entire organisation
