Job summary

Then we would love you to apply to join our Education Centre Reception team, based at Southend Hospital.

If successful, you will be joining our friendly and supportive administration team; working together to maintain a welcoming environmentto those using and visiting the Education Centre.

Main duties of the job

If you join our team your duties will include:

  • Answering general telephone enquiries and transferring telephone calls, passing on messages to other staff at meetings as /when appropriate.
  • Welcoming all guests to the Education Centre and give them appropriate information/directions.
  • Coordinating reception of all deliveries on a day- to-day basis.
  • Providing Medical Students and Workshadowing students with maps, information, directions and badges
