As an autonomous practitioner they will be responsible for a defined area of the service or a particular patient type, delegating as appropriate to support workers.

Regular supervision is provided by experienced band 6 and 7 therapists and takes the form of formal training and clinical reasoning sessions, peer review, caseload discussion and formal clinical supervision sessions.
