Supporting medical secretaries and following strict confidentiality protocols.

The Medical Secretarial Service employs over 160 staff supporting the Trust consultants and their teams in 22 specialities with administrative and secretarial functions. The secretarial service is fundamental and forms the foundation for the support of all clinical activity.

The role can be demanding at times, however, our friendly teams thrive on working hard and supporting each other to fulfil the job role.

Currently we also have to manage physical patient health records so you need to be fit enough to lift up to 10kg - this is essential requirement for the role.
