Job summary

Our Renal Department is looking for a hard working enthusiastic and organised full time Team Leader to work as part of the Administration Team for the Renal Service .

Your role will involve monitoring performance to ensure clinic capacity is maximised to ensure all services within the Trust are meeting KPI's and involve staff management across the Site where appropriate.

You should identify shortfalls in the service such as recruitment and closely manage performance across the services, working with the operational team to deliver the service reviewing demand and capacity to support the strategic direction on going.

Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for the day to day management of the Administration Teams and Outpatient reception staff across the Southend and Broomfield Site ensuring that the department provides an efficient and professional service to the Trust, Health Community and external users.

You will also ensure the effective management of outpatient waiting times, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and effectively, meeting the Outpatient waiting time targets including 18 week RTT targets and that staff provide high quality customer service to all our patients and visitors.
