Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic ward clerk who like to contribute to effective patient care and join the fantastic team of Elizabeth Fry Ward. As our Ward Clerk you will be expected to be an active team member and plays a important role to ensure that patient's assessment and treatment are received in a timely manner while working with the rest of the MDT.
Main duties of the job
Your role will be to carry out administrative and other mutually agreed duties to maintain the smooth running of the unit whilst concentrating in greeting and welcome coming all people that are entering the unit as front of house
You will be responsible for the clerical activities which support the efficient functioning of the ward.
We have high standards of professional behavior that you will be expected to maintain.
Good communication and team working skills are essential to your role as our Ward Clerk.
