Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Control Centre Admin Assistant working within the Mid and South Essex Foundation Trust Control Centre.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic role, supporting day to day operations, patient placement and situation report production. The role would involve both weekday and weekend working and is full time.
The post holder will be required to provide a support service to the Control Centre team
The post holder will support the Clinical site coordinators with the day to day administration and provide System Management support for the Control Centre within the Trust.
The key requirements of this interesting and busy post are excellent communication skills, strong IT skills, good attention to detail and a calm and flexible approach. Willingness to work as part of a team, provide cover for colleagues and share common tasks is essential.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual who is, well organised, reliable and who is passionate and committed to achieving the Trust's goals.The successful candidate will be required to provide a support service to the Control Centre team with the day to day administration and provide System Management support for the Control Centre within the Trust.As such, you will need to have excellent communication skills, as well as a track record of producing accurate information within tight deadlines.The successful candidate will become a key member of the team. They should have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a real commitment to excellent service delivery. They must be capable of working to tight deadlines whilst ensuring consistency and accuracy.You will be based at our Control Centre in St Andrews Billericay. Previous NHS experience would be an advantage but is not essential.
