Job summary
We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic person to join the surgical department as a Medical Typist to support management of patients' journey through the Colorectal and Surgical pathway.We are a busy, friendly, and supportive team looking for excellent communicators, who are able to provide a high quality clinical typing service to a team of Consultants.
Main duties of the job
Audio typing of clinical letters, results letters as directed to meet specific KPI in relation to turnaround targets ensuring a high standard of accuracy and quality.
To ensure letters and correspondances received for typing are prioritised in an accurate and efficient manner for example in date of urgency order.
