Main duties of the job

To be the lead chef in preparing, cooking, and presenting the highest quality food for the restaurant and In-Patient therapeutic diets.

You will be responsible in effectively managing the main kitchen including the Assistant Chefs and Kitchen assistants' daily tasks, ensuring a safe, efficient kitchen is maintained and will work with catering management in the stringent monitoring of the departments KPI's to the trust and compliance to localized and national legislation.

  • Level 2 Food Safety

  • HACCP awareness certification
