You will support Operational Manager with cancer performance for both Colorectal and Breast Services. Chase any letters, diagnostics and patient outcomes. To update cancer PTL and Cancer Operational Manager. E-Rostering for admin staff. Setting up extra clinics. Cancellation of clinics. Ad-hoc duties.

Main duties of the job
Responsible for co-ordinating, developing, managing and delivering a high quality, responsive and effective service. Delivering Local and National Service targets in a constantly challenging and demanding environment.
Working with clinical teams to co-ordinate the utilization of Trust outpatient resources efficiently to optimize patient care within budget.
To lead, co-ordinate and support the divisional access team in navigation of the patient pathway.
Resolve problems and report progress to the relevant specialty Service Unit Manager and Divisional General Manager.
