Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and motivatedPrincipal Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic Informatics team to cover maternity leave for 11 months. This is a key Trust-wide role, providing high-quality intelligence and insight that directly supports clinical services, operational delivery and strategic decision-making.

Main duties of the job
As a Principal BI Analyst, you will lead the delivery of high-quality analytics across defined clinical or corporate service areas (e.g. performance, finance, transformation or clinical divisions). You will manage a diverse portfolio of work, ranging from ad-hoc analytical requests to longer-term service improvement projects, while also contributing to the strategic development of the Trust's Business Intelligence function.
You will act as a trusted expert, translating complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for senior clinical and non-clinical audiences, and representing BI at key meetings across the organisation.

- Significant experience of working in an analytical, information or business intelligence role
- Experience of supervising staff and supporting team members in a collaborative manner to deliver the functions objectives

- Experience of defining, testing and producing various types of reports and graphical representations using different reporting tools
