We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Pharmacy Technician to join our friendly and dedicated homecare services team.
Main duties of the job
You will:
- provide support in the delivery of a quality homecare medicines supply service to patients under the care of the homecare service in Bradford.
- provide a link between the specialties and the homecare services team to improve the timely prescribing, ordering and supply of patients' medication to reduce both wastage or missed doses of treatment.
- maintain the safe, efficient and cost-effective supply of homecare medicines to patients under the care of the Trust
- To provide routine advice to patients/carers on pharmaceutical products and further supplies including liaison with prescribers and pharmacy professionals.

- Significant experience of Technical pharmacy service delivery post qualification acquired through NVQ3 in Pharmacy Services or BTEC equivalent level qualification plus specialist training and experience to degree or equivalent level.
- Experience of working in a similar role
