We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are passionate about older people's rehabilitation and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The service is predominantly in-patient based, though our therapy team also provides home-based rehabilitation, offering valuable variety and breadth of experience.
All team members are allocated a named clinical supervisor and benefit from a structured in-service training programme tailored to each rotation, alongside weekly clinical reasoning sessions. You will also be supported by a wider multidisciplinary team, including static and rotational Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Therapy Assistants, and administrative staff.
