Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is now recruiting a forward thinking, innovative and experienced specialist occupational therapist, to work in the Elderly Virtual Ward.

This post provides a fantastic opportunity for a driven, passionate individual to contribute to the development of new pathways in delirium and falls - alongside the day to day work of preventing hospital admission and providing right time, right place, assessments in the community. Experience working with frail older adults is essential. No day is the same at Elderly Virtual Ward and we welcome informal enquiries if you want to find out more about the role.

Main duties of the job

You will be a member of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team providing Urgent Community Response and Discharge to Assess interventions in people's homes. Working with a well-resourced, multi-disciplinary team you will be supported to work in a blurred boundary way, and develop new clinical skills.

It is essential that you are a car driver and have a Full UK Driving License, reasonable adjustments will be considered.
