Join Bradford's dynamic Radiology department and work with our friendly team of radiographers, radiologists, and other support staff. You will perform a wide range of administration duties, undertaking a key role in the patient's diagnostic imaging pathway.

Main duties of the job

  • Maintain high standards of care, competence, professionalism and punctuality.
  • Work closely with radiology staff, as well as liaising with other departments to arrange patient-centred care.
  • Efficiently manage patient workflow, including use of IT systems to book patients in and arrange portering for patient transfers.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Adhere to the Trust's uniform policy, in line with health & safety and infection control.
  • Be flexible and open to change.
  • Display patience and resilience, remaining calm in high-pressure environments.
  • Confident IT and computer skills.
  • Adhere to Information Governance, ensuring confidentiality in handling patient notes, telephone enquires, and communication processes.
