Are you graduating or recently qualified as a dietitian, wishing to gain experience working in a community setting or to consolidate your dietetic experience before moving onto a more specialised role?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated dietitian to join our friendly and supportive team, providing specialist dietetic outreach services to adults living in Bradford.

We are a department who encourage and embrace opportunity to develop, to learn and progress and to lead service improvement to support better patient care.

Main duties of the job

Supported by the Dietitian Team Lead and a Specialist Neurology Dietitian and working alongside a wider team providing services to learning disabilities/mental health, home enteral feeding (HEF) and proactive care, you will provide a dietetic service to adults with neurological conditions, including those who require HEF. You may also provide support cover for colleagues working in CVD (coronary heart disease, heart failure or stroke)

You will manage your own caseload of patients and enjoy a varied workload including individual dietetic consultations, community home visits and group education. Flexible working (including some working from home) is supported in this role.
