Working closely with colleagues in the wider Quality Team including Legal Services, Assurance, Quality Improvement and Patient Experience the post holder will support the Quality and Patient Safety Facilitator to embed the quality governance agenda within an allocated Clinical Service Unit (CSU). This is an exciting opportunity which will support the implementation of the Trusts revised Quality Governance Framework and pending Quality Strategy.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will work closely with the Q&PSF in the CSU to develop systems for the sharing of learning identified from incidents, complaints, audit and other sources. They will also support in ensuring the Trust fulfils its statutory obligations for reporting from a safety and quality perspective and assist with the maintenance of the compliance databases.
