 We are looking for an enthusiastic, resilient, motivated and proactively driven individual to fulfil the role of an administrator within the e-Rostering and e-Job Planning team supporting the wider team. This role is a specialised, confidential and sometimes challenging role. The postholder will need good all round administration skills, ability to communicate at all levels, and deal appropriately with sometimes sensitive and confidential situations.
 We are seeking someone with previous administration experience, with the skills to provide high level support to the whole team. Key to this role is the ability to support the development, implementation and maintenance of effective and robust systems and process.
  Main duties of the job
  The post holder will be a key member of the e-Rostering & e-Job Planning Team and will support the service by undertaking all associated administration processes for systems and the wider team.
 The post holder will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to enhance the efficient maintenance of workforce systems. The postholder will be required to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, interpersonal skills and ability to adapt and prioritise tasks to align with service needs.
