Join Our Outstanding Neonatal Team!We are seeking a dedicated and highly organised Neonatal Service Administrator to support our outstanding CQC-rated Neonatal Service.
This full-time role is based across both the NICU and office settings, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of a high-performing clinical service that delivers exceptional care to newborns and their families.
What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for supporting neonatal services. Experience with healthcare data systems, particularly BadgerNet, is highly desirable but not essential, as is a background in NHS or clinical administration. You'll be joining a compassionate and collaborative team where your contribution will make a real difference every day.
Main duties of the job
Key ResponsibilitiesAs part of the neonatal team, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including general office support, data collection, compiling reports, and maintaining accurate electronic patient records. A key aspect of the role involves working with the BadgerNet neonatal data system, ensuring timely and accurate input of clinical data, and supporting the reporting of mortality and other key performance indicators.
Your attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information will be vital in maintaining the integrity of our clinical records and supporting service improvement.
