We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to fulfil the role of Administration Supervisor. You will work closely with the Administration Services Manager providing administration leadership, management, training and support to become part of our highly valued Dietetic team.

The successful candidate will have a positive "can-do" approach and be able to work on their own initiative. You will have excellent organisational and IT skills and be a good communicator both face to face and on the telephone. You will be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn with experience of dealing with conflicting demands. You will be an excellent team player and will provide patient coordination and care in ensuring a smooth and efficient pathway for patients navigating through the services.

Main duties of the job

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Supervisor to join our Nutrition and Dietetics Service to assist the Administration manager to lead and manage our flexible, valued and innovative cross-site administration service. The post has supervisory responsibilities alongside providing excellent administration support to the Dietetic Department.

The post holder will be a key member of our administration team and will support the Administration Manager in the provision of a wide range of high quality, reliable and responsive administrative, systems across our district wide service. We are looking for someone experienced and enthusiastic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
