We are looking to recruit a Senior Estates Manager (Operations - Mechanical) to be responsible for the effective site maintenance and operation of all buildings, engineering plant and associated services in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines.
