Senior Ward Sister/Ward manager for 25 bedded intermediate care facility based on ward f5 at St Luke's Hospital, Bradford

Main duties of the job

Management of intermediate care unit at st.Lukes site which is a nurse led unit supported by our geriatrician's.

Candidate will work both clinically and non clinically to provide rehabilitation to patients requiring therapy who are medically stable .

Duties will include the leadership of the nursing team and demonstrate a passion for high standards of nursing care for elderly patients.

Maintain high levels of compliance with staff training and education engaging with out practice development team.

Management of clinical services in the unit. Ensuring safe staffing levels, engaging in recruitment as required.

Sickness and performance management of employees based on the unit.

Management of Budget ensuring service is managed witching the allocated budget allocated
