We are currently recruiting Radiographers with experience in CT to join our service at Bradford on a permanent basis. The post will involve working shifts, covering a 24 hr 7 day pattern.

The Radiology Department at Bradford provides a comprehensive imaging service to support the wide spectrum of clinical work undertaken within the Trust. Our imaging work covers three sites, Bradford Royal Infirmary, St Luke's Hospital and Eccleshill Community Diagnostic Centre. We have a total of 4 Canon CT scanners. The successful applicant would be expected to work over a 7 day week at the 3 hospital sites dependent on service requirements, including nights and non vascular intervention cover. All major clinical specialties, with the exceptions of transplant surgery, neurosurgery and cardiac surgery are represented in the Trust.

  • Experience of working unsupervised as the sole clinical practitioner providing timely and diagnostically appropriate CT examination
  • Experience of Intravenous Cannulation of a broad range of patients

  • Experience at highly specialized Masters Level experience in a wide range of general CT scanning applications
  • Experience in the training and supervision of students at Degree and Masters level
  • Experience in the education of others by delivering presentation/information
