Bradford Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust has a reputation for delivering high quality healthcare and offers a wide range of theatre specialties including Head and Neck surgery, Trauma and Orthopaedics, Plastics, Vascular, Breast, Urology, Gynaecology and General Surgery.

Main duties of the job

You will be based in the Trauma and Orthopaedic theatres, where we have 15 surgeons who carry out a full range of elective and trauma procedures, ranging from primary arthroplasty to complex revisions as well as a fantastic sports medicine team. We have close working relationships with reps, who provide regular training opportunities and clinical support for procedures.We are looking for theatre practitioners with scrub, anaesthetic and recovery skills.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are motivated, able to work on their own initiative, are a team player with the ability to prioritise workload to provide a safe and effective service for our patients.
