Job summary

To be responsible for the effective management and operation of all statutory, mandatory and essential compliance aspects relating to the Estates Maintenance service, including management of all associated systems and softwares in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines. This includes management of compliance related systems and infrastructure.

  • Knowledge and experience of appropriate procurement methods.
  • Significant experience in the use of and development of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) systems for Estates and Facilities functions
  • Knowledge and experience of risk management.
  • Knowledge and experience of Asbestos Risk Management and Health & Safety within the built environment.
  • Experience of staff management
  • Experience of health & safety, site safety management and Construction Design Management (CDM) Regulations 2015.
  • Significant post qualification relevant experience
  • Experience of managing, developing, populating and implementing AutoCAD/Revit and project management

  • Healthcare engineering services and systems.
