Job summary
To be responsible for the effective management and operation of all statutory, mandatory and essential compliance aspects relating to the Estates Maintenance service, including management of all associated systems and softwares in an efficient, economical and safe manner in accordance with all Statutory Legislations, NHS, Trust and Departmental guidelines. This includes management of compliance related systems and infrastructure.
