The Trust has created a community where everyone can learn, grow and reach their full potential; a place where everyone feels heard, is always treated with dignity and respect and is trusted to do their job.

At BTHFT our mission is "to provide the highest quality healthcare at all times". We are one of an elite group of hospitals around the country which delivers - in addition to patient care - teaching and research. To do well in any one of these domains is an achievement and it is an even greater challenge to excel in all three, but that is our ambition over the next five years. To this end, our vision is "to be an outstanding provider of healthcare, research and education, and a great place to work."

BTHFT is offering an exciting opportunity to join the Human Resources Business Partner Team. As part of the Trust's commitment to flexible working, there is flexibility as to how the hours required will be worked.

  • Arranging and co-ordinating meetings and training sessions
  • Running the fixed term contract report and notifying managers where contracts are due to expire
  • Taking notes at hearings and meetings
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for example, buying and selling annual leave and sickness, disciplinary, grievance caselogs etc
  • Any other ad hoc duties, including providing support to the HR Reception as and when required
