Post Title: Senior Supervisor - Security Services

Location: CCTV Control Room, Bradford Royal Infirmary, covering BRI & SLH sites
Hours: 37.5 hours Rotational shift pattern 6am - 2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm - 6am (24/7)
Based in Bradford Royal Infirmary CCTV Control Room, we have 5 exciting new roles available for experienced, highly motivated and enthusiastic Senior Security Supervisors with responsibility for the monitoring of CCTV, Access control, Deister Patrol system, body worn cameras, intruder alarms etc) as well as the supervision of the security team (BRI and SLH)
The postholder will work in partnership with the Deputy Facilities Manager - Security, LSMS/VPR lead and Head of Service, internal/external stakeholders including, clinical and non-clinical teams and Police.
Interested applicants must hold a current SIA CCTV Licence or be willing to undertake a 5 day course within the first month of employment, hold a clean and full driving licence, with previous supervisory and security experience.

Main duties of the job
The postholder will provide operational support to the Deputy Facilities Manager in their management of Security services within Bradford Teaching Hospitals (BTHFT)
The postholder will work closely with the Deputy Facilities Manager to support continuous review of services ensuring they are delivered in a cost effective and efficient manner.
This will involve establishing a good working knowledge of the Security service and developing good working relationships with the Head of Service, Deputy Facilities Manager, VPR Lead/ LSMS, other Facilities Teams and service representatives across the Trust.
