Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Administration Clerk to join our friendly, multi-disciplinary team. The postholder will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support to the Cochlea Implant Service. The Administration Clerk will be responsible for providing administration and clerical support to the Yorkshire Auditory Implant Service (YAIS).
Main duties of the job
The role includes actioning referrals, entering data onto a patient management system, booking appointments including patient transport and interpreters, cashing up clinics as necessary, and dealing with telephone calls and face to face enquiries from the public, staff, and other Health Care Providers.
