This is an opportunity to join the leading centre for applied epidemiology and public health research in the north of England.
We are seeking a quantitative epidemiologist for a long term role with substantial opportunity to develop a research agenda and career.
Main duties of the job
The main purpose of this post is to use these resources to do scientific studies that can improve the health of people in Bradford. These studies may be about environmental, social, or behavioural determinants of health, or they may be about the effect of public health interventions. You would also help lead the Centre for Applied Epidemiology and support colleagues doing quantitative research.

- A relevant postgraduate qualification and a minimum of three years relevant research work experience (if no relevant PhD qualification)

- Experience of undertaking statistical analysis using software such as STATA or R
- Experience of academic publishing, with a minimum of three publications as first author in peer reviewed journals
