An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, working as a Senior Performance Analyst on a one year fixed term contract, within the Trust's Operational Performance Team. This role and that of the wider performance team, is integral in fulfilling our ambition to continuously improve the performance of the services which we provide, supporting the provision of safe and high quality healthcare for everyone, at all times.

Within this role, you will be playing a vital part in the development and delivery of performance improvement outcomes and processes across a varied portfolio of work.

Main duties of the job

Within the performance team you will work closely with the Performance Manager, the Performance Improvement Lead, and the wider performance team. This role will enable you to be involved in and contribute to specific and bespoke pieces of work responding to and supporting the operational teams within the organisation, alongside the wider needs and requirements of the Trust.

  • You are passionate about service improvement and performance monitoring
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are able to demonstrate the ability to interpret highly complex data
  • You have excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • You are experienced in producing work to an excellent standard within specific timeframes
