Job summary

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Neurological Rehabilitation Team. We are a well-established friendly team looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Physiotherapist who is keen to specialise their career in the challenging but rewarding field of Neurological Rehabilitation. The post holder will work alongside existing band 7 and band 6 physiotherapists in providing assessment and intervention to individuals with a range of neurological conditions. Applicants will have post-registration experience within neurology, rehabilitation and working as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills are essential. The team place a high value on continuing professional development; full support and mentorship will be provided. Main duties of the job

The Neuro Rehab Team is an integrated Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Team including Therapy Assistants, working with adults with a wide variety of neurological conditions, both acute and long-term. This post is based at St. Luke's Hospital however patients are seen as outpatients or in community settings depending upon need. The post holder will be expected to manage a complex and varied caseload and play a key role in service development.
