Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Flexible Workforce Co-ordinator to join the Flexible Workforce Department. This is both a demanding and rewarding role and it is essential that the successful applicant is able to work effectively as part of the team supporting and assisting colleagues.
The post is an integral part of the established Flexible Workforce Services Department. The postholder will work in the Locum Booking Team to provide an efficient, responsive, and cost-effective medical staff bank and agency placement service to the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, be able to work under pressure in a busy environment and be educated to degree level or equivalent.
Experience of working in a Human Resources/ Rota -Co-ordination /Recruitment environment including agencies and NHS Experience, in particular NHS Recruitment Experience and/or Medical Staffing is essential.

You will be responsible for sourcing and managing an efficient, responsive, and cost-effective locum doctor internal and external booking placement service and all other tasks and activities associated with this to ensure safe and cost effective flexible workforce often in a high pressured environment.
