An exciting opportunity has arisenfor a Band 5 Staff Nurse to join the experienced teamsofstaff working within the Intermediate Care Community at Westbourne Green Community Hospital.
All Community Hospitals are nurse led units and are closely supported by the Elderly Care Consultants from Bradford TeachingHospitals, including the wider multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists and Social Workers.

Main duties of the job
We are looking for a committed, hardworking and caring individual who is forward thinking with strong leadership qualities, who is keen to support new developments and changes taking place withinthe community setting. You will need to have post registration experience, a teaching and assessing qualificationand demonstrate an interest of working with older people.
